Executive Assistant Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and organizing files.
  • Support the team in drafting and proofreading emails, reports, and presentations.
  • Help with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Assist in preparing marketing proposals and presentations.
  • Support social media management and content creation for the agency’s online presence.
  • Manage daily communication tasks, including phone calls and emails.
  • Assist in planning and organizing meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Provide general support to the CEO and team in day-to-day operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of Canva and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with good time management skills.
  • Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
