Executive Assistant Intern
Responsibilities:
Assist with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and organizing files.
Support the team in drafting and proofreading emails, reports, and presentations.
Help with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Assist in preparing marketing proposals and presentations.
Support social media management and content creation for the agency’s online presence.
Manage daily communication tasks, including phone calls and emails.
Assist in planning and organizing meetings, appointments, and events.
Provide general support to the CEO and team in day-to-day operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of Canva and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Organized and detail-oriented with good time management skills.
Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
